Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Seasonal Travel RN in the Emergency Department (ER) in Kansas City, MO. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical care to patients in need.

Unit Information:

  • Number of Beds: 38
  • Head Walls: 3 main areas (Rapid, Main, POD 3 - psych safe area)
  • Staffing: 7 Day/Night RNs, 5 Mid Shift RNs
  • Type of Equipment: Vent, BiPAP, EKG, Art Lines, Belmont, Chest Tubes
  • EMR: Meditech

Typical Hiring Profile:

  • Must Have: Prioritizing, Time Management, De-escalation course, CPI (preferred)
  • Preferred: Time Management, Team Player

Typical Procedures Performed:

  • Port Placement
  • Chest Tubes
