Join our team as an RN in Wilmington, North Carolina, specializing in Long Term Care and Rehabilitation. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. This contract position offers an opportunity to work 12-hour day shifts, with every other weekend required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in a Long Term Care setting.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in North Carolina.
  • Experience in Rehabilitation and Matrix is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
