Join a leading healthcare provider as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room (OR) in Lufkin, TX. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical environment while providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sterile and non-sterile environments in the OR.
• Coordinate patient care, safety, and workflow throughout the perioperative period.
• Circulate and assist in various surgical procedures.
• Demonstrate confident circulator abilities covering General, Orthopedic, Robotic, Urological, OB/GYN, Podiatry, ENT, and Plastics.

Requirements:

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• A minimum of 2 years of dedicated surgical experience.
• Experience in scrubbing and first assisting is preferred.
• Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility.

Additional Information:

• Regular shifts are Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with potential early starts based on case requirements.
• Call is required 2 days a week as 1st or backup, with one weekend per month (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Hospital-provided scrubs will be green.
• Facility has 8 regular beds, 2 cysto, 1 endo, and 2 C-section beds.
• EMR system used is PICIS.
