Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in the CVICU department. We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care for cardiac surgery patients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

Unit Specifics:

• Number of Beds: 4
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 for immediate post-surgical care, 1:2 for POD 1-3
• Unit Staffing Description: Primary Nursing with support from unit secretaries and techs
• Documentation System: Meditech Expanse

Scheduling Requirements:

• 36 hours per week with 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks
• Floating policy: Must take the same ratio as the unit floated to

Patient Experience Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a strong skill set in caring for fresh cardiac surgery patients. Must have:

• 1-2 years of experience with direct primary recovery
• Advanced skills in ACLS, Balloon pump, Impella training, and Hemosphere or Acumen trained

Certifications Required: ACLS

Dress Code: Required uniform is Navy Blue
