Join a leading acute-care hospital in Somerset, KY, as a Travel RN in Labor & Delivery (L&D). This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility that provides healthcare services for an 11-county service area in south central Kentucky. With a commitment to excellence, the hospital employs over 1,200 healthcare professionals and supports a diverse medical staff of more than 170 physicians across 38 specialties.

As a Travel RN in Labor & Delivery, you will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes patient care and safety. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Labor & Delivery, and you must possess the required certifications prior to your start date. The facility reserves the right to require additional certifications not listed here.

Unit Profile:

• Facility Department/Cost Center: 707
• Position: RN
• Specialty: Labor and Delivery
• Number of Beds: 6 LDRs, 5 outpatient rooms, 2 ORs, 1 Recovery room
• Patient Ratios: AWHONN guidelines
• Equipment: GE Centricity/Wireless fetal monitor
• EHR: Meditech/Centricity

Position Information:

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: 2 weekends a month
• Call Requirements: As needed
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Advanced, NRP
• Float Requirements: PP/Mother-baby

Additional Notes:

• Experience with circulating or scrubbing in OR procedures is preferred.
• Dress Code: Scrub Color - OR seal blue; No hoodies/sweatshirts.
