Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN specializing in Med/Surg in Pulaski, TN. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a 95-bed, Joint Commission-accredited facility. As part of the Southern Tennessee Regional Health System, you will provide essential inpatient and outpatient services to the community.

Position Information:

Facility Department: Medical/Surgical
Shift Details: 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00
Weekend Hours: Rotate every other weekend
Call Requirements: Yes, based on census
Patient Ratios: 1:5
Unit Profile: 19 beds, equipped with Welch Allyn vital machines, telemetry, and ARJO lift
EHR: Medhost

Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

Experience: 1-2+ years in Med/Surg

All Travelers must have required certifications prior to start. The facility reserves the right to require additional certifications not listed. Please refer to the LPNT checklist for the most up-to-date requirements.

Additional Notes: Unit Secretary/Monitor Tech stationed at Med/Surg nurses station. Float requirements include medical detox, ICU, OB, or ER. The position may involve low-level med-surg overflow patients in ICU with a ratio of 1:3.

Dress Code: Any scrub color is acceptable; print scrubs are not permitted.
