Join a leading healthcare facility as a Contract MRI Tech in Round Rock, TX. This position offers a unique opportunity to work weekday overnights from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM, for a duration of 13 weeks. We are seeking dedicated professionals with the required certifications to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Current Advanced Registry in Magnetic Resonance with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or ARMRIT.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers with the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multimodality imaging (XR or CT).
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 209 (hospital beds)
• Staffing: 1-2 day MRI techs, 1 overnight MRI tech
• Equipment: GE Artist 1.5
• EMR: Meditech, Fuji Synapse PACS

Dress Code: Scrub Color - Olive top and black bottoms, or all black scrubs.
