Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) in Greeneville, TN, at a leading acute-care hospital. We are seeking dedicated professionals for a contract position in the Med Surg specialty. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while making a significant impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med Surg unit.
• Participate in nursing student support and clinical education.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to 1:7 patient ratios and participate in floating as required.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Travelers must have a permanent residence 100 miles or more from the hospital's service area.

Additional Information:

• General orientation begins on Sundays with online CBLs.
• Includes 16 hours of nonbillable orientation.
• The hospital can cancel one shift biweekly without financial penalty due to decreased census.
• Additional shifts may be flexed as needed based on hospital resource needs.
