Join our team as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Winston-Salem, NC. Job Details:

• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Experience REQUIRED
• Travel Experience: Unit will accept 1st timers; locals accepted with a rate difference
• Skills: IV Start and Telemetry
• Certifications: BLS
• Target Ratios: 1:6
• Shift: Nights; 18:45-07:15
• Hours Offered: 36 or 48 hours can be offered
• Float Requirement: Occasionally
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Patient Diagnoses: Surgery patients (colorectal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, orthopedics, urology, vascular)

Unit Systems: Pyxis, SBAR, EPIC

Scheduling Type: Self Scheduling based on unit needs and with NM input

Unit Orientation: 36 hours

Scrubs: Not provided; navy blue or white required

Note: Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty.
