Join a leading acute-care hospital in Gallatin, TN, where you can make a difference in the lives of patients. We are seeking a dedicated Travel RN specializing in Orthopedic and Med Surg to provide quality healthcare in our community. This position offers guaranteed hours and a supportive work environment.

As a Travel RN, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional patient care in a 167-bed healthcare facility with Level III Trauma Center status.
• Working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
• Managing a patient ratio of 4-6:1 in a variety of settings, including post-operative and trauma care.

Requirements for this position include:

• Active RN license in Tennessee and required certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH).
• A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an orthopedic or med-surg setting.
• Strong assessment skills and a commitment to teamwork and customer service.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $43.80 per hour, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Weekend block scheduling is available, and orientation is held weekly on Mondays. Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel positions.
