Join a leading acute-care hospital in Cleveland, OH, as a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a vital member of the nursing team, you will provide high-quality patient care in the Med/Surg and Telemetry units, with the potential to float to additional units as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Med/Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and ECG rhythms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.

Qualifications:

• Must have 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for.
• Must possess a valid Ohio RN license or a Compact State license in hand.
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Must be willing to work at least every other holiday.
• Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation, with acceptable scores required.
