Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Rehabilitation RN in Rogers, AR. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a bright and spacious environment designed to promote recuperation outside the traditional hospital setting. The facility provides inpatient care for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and neurological conditions.

• Innovative Therapy Options: Features include a retrofitted Smart Car for mobility therapy and a spacious therapy courtyard offering diverse approaches to treatment in a serene, park-like environment. Patients can also benefit from the Hydro Worx water therapy treadmill equipped with water jets for buoyant, low-impact resistance exercises.
• Real-Life Simulation: An Assisted Daily Living apartment, complete with a functional kitchen and bathroom, prepares patients for everyday living.
• Communal Areas: Patients and their families can enjoy a large dining hall complete with a buffet line and an outdoor patio, along with various other spaces for family gatherings and meetings.
• Expandable Accommodations: With 36 private rooms, the hospital is engineered for expansion, with the potential to add 19 additional rooms in response to growing demand.
