Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN specializing in Labor & Delivery (L&D) in Corpus Christi, TX. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing essential care to patients during labor and delivery.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 19 labor, 5 OBED, 3 PACU, 3 Surgical, 8 Antepartum
• Number of Staff: 55
• Patient Ratios: 2:1 labors, 3:1 OBED, 4:1 Antepartum, 1:1 OR

Typical Procedures Performed:

• C-Sections
• Cerclage
• BTL
• D&C for PPH only

Required Skills and Certifications:

• Must have experience in OBED, circulating C-sections, managing high-risk antepartums, and labor experience.
• Must be able to manage COVID patients in labor/C-section/antepartum/OBED.
• Required Certifications: Int. FM, ACLS, BLS, NRP

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced FM

Best Personality Fit: Candidates should demonstrate great teamwork and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

Unit Guidelines:

• Mandatory 2 weekend shifts a month, with possibly four weekend shifts a month.
• No on-call shifts required.
