Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Contract RN in the Emergency Department. Position Overview: This contract role requires a dedicated RN to work in the Emergency Department (ED) for a duration of 13 weeks. The shift is from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with no on-call requirements. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and community engagement.

Special Position Requirements:

• ALS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC required

Unit Profile:

• Number of Beds: 23
• Number of Staff: 40
• Patient Ratios: 4:1
• Type of Equipment: Welch Allyn/GE
• EMR: Meditech

General Information:

• Day Shift: 1 CNC, 5 RNs, 1 Paramedic, 1 PCT (staffing fluctuates based on patient volume)
• Midshift: 4 RNs (staffing fluctuates based on patient volume)
• Night Shift: 1 CNC, 5 RNs, 1 Paramedic, 1 PCT (staffing fluctuates based on patient volume)
• Weekends: 4 weekend shifts per schedule

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have: 1 year ED experience, ALS/BLS/TNCC/ENPC or PALS
• Preferred: 2 years ED experience, ENPC versus PALS

Typical Procedures Performed:

• Cardioversion
• TNK
• Moderate Sedation

Dress Code: Scrub Color - Navy Blue.

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Unit policies align with HCA Policy/Procedures.
