Join a leading healthcare team as a CVICU Registered Nurse in Madison, WI. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing critical care to patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care during 12-hour shifts, either day or night, with every other weekend and some holiday shifts required. We are open to considering 4x12 scheduling or blocked weekends based on traveler preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the CVICU.
• Utilize the NextStage CVVH machine effectively.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes as necessary.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• CVICU experience is required.
• Experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery and/or Acuity Adaptable areas is preferred.
• Current RN license is required.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Traveler must pass a Telemetry test prior to starting.
