Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Manage a caseload of 5-6 patients per day, ensuring timely communication and documentation.
• Utilize provided documentation tools and return them as required.
• Maintain a productive schedule while minimizing drive and windshield time.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid California Occupational Therapist license.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of home health experience preferred.
• Own transportation is necessary; occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles may be required.

Additional Information:

• Compliance process takes about 2 weeks.
• First-timers are accepted.
• Weekend patient visits can be arranged to meet productivity standards.
• Parking is free, and mileage reimbursement is provided at the IRS standard rate.
