Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Telemetry RN in Lufkin, TX. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work night shifts in a dynamic environment. As a Telemetry nurse, you will play a critical role in monitoring patients' vital signs and providing essential care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients in the telemetry unit
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans

Requirements:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• 1+ years of experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry/Wound Care
• Dark Navy Blue scrubs required
• Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility

Additional Information:

• Patient Ratio: 6:1
• Number of Beds: 45
• EMR System: MEDHOST
• Schedule: 6 on, 8 off; no call required; floating may be required
• 48-hour possible RTO blackout on 12/24-12/25
