**MUST HAVE NY LICENSE IN HAND - NO EXCEPTIONS** Locals Accepted: No, must be more than 75 mile radius. Alternating shifts of 7a-7p and 7p-7a. This position involves working in a complex care unit for Medicine, ortho overflow, and complex long-term patients.

Certifications Required: BLS/NIHSS

Skills: MS/Tele, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, use of Rapid Response/Code teams, pacemakers (temporary/permanent), feeding tube care and management, blood product administration, central line care/management, phlebotomy, peripheral line care/management, PICC line management, starting IVs, heparin protocols, ortho trauma, total joint replacements, surgical drains, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), nasal cannula, oxygen face masks, portable oxygen tank, tracheostomy management, isolation precautions, wound care/wound vac.

Previous Charge Experience: Required

Years of Experience Required: 2

Patient Ratio Experience Required: 1:6; must be able to take a 1:5 to 1:7 patient ratio for MedSurg.

Float Required: YES

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)

Must be proficient in EPIC.

Hospital Highlights: Tertiary Care Hospital with 528 total staffed beds. Scrub color: navy on bottom, navy or white on top. Charting: Epic.
