Join a leading acute-care hospital as a CT Tech specializing in Radiology and Cardiology in Winston-Salem, NC. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population. Our facility is known for its commitment to providing high-quality healthcare and is seeking a skilled CT Tech to contribute to our team.

Job Details: You will be responsible for performing approximately 200 exams daily in a busy emergency department, utilizing Siemens equipment. The unit has 4 rooms and operates on a night shift schedule (Friday to Sunday) from 18:00 to 06:30. While there is no call or float requirement, travelers are expected to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays, even if they do not fall on the weekend schedule. It is essential that travelers bring their own dosimeter for this assignment.

Required Skills / Certifications / Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience, depending on trauma experience
Travel experience is required; first-time travelers will not be accepted
Experience in inpatient, ER, and adult ICU settings
General skills: IV starts, PACS, contrast
CT procedure experience: abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, CTAs
Certifications: BLS and ARRT; must hold a CT registration if ARRT certified

Preferred Skills / Certifications / Experience:

Outpatient, Level I trauma, and NICU experience
Biopsies, brain perfusion, and multiplanar reconstruction

The unit supervisor will make the schedule based on unit needs, and orientation will be at the discretion of the CT supervisor. Scrubs should be royal blue.
