Join a leading healthcare organization as a Case Manager Registered Nurse in Atlanta, GA. This contract position offers an opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise in case management while working in a supportive environment.
Unit Details: You will be responsible for assessing, evaluating, and driving the discharge plan for patients. Coordinate services to ensure patients receive the appropriate level of care. It is essential to initiate, evaluate, and re-evaluate treatment plans daily, monitor length of stay, and identify barriers to discharge. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.
Compliance: Full compliance is required to start on time. If not compliant, the pushback is 2 weeks due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule. Locals are accepted at the same rate.
