We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Department (ER) RN for a contract position in Kremmling, CO. This role involves working night shifts at a Critical Access Hospital, providing essential care in the Emergency Department.

About the Position: The Emergency Department RN will cover the night shift, working 3 twelve-hour shifts per week along with 2 call shifts every 6 weeks. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department. This role requires adherence to accepted standards and protocols, including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Certified Emergency Nursing (CEN).

The Registered Nurse will focus on achieving positive patient outcomes through the implementation of clinical pathways. Experience in a Trauma Level IV facility and Critical Access Hospital (CAH) is preferred.
