Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN Case Manager in Jacksonville, FL. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for conducting daily assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.

Unit Specifics:

Number of Beds: 454
Patient Ratios: 1:21
Documentation System: Meditech, CarePort
Scheduling: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, may require weekend coverage
Floating Policy: Flexibility to float wherever needed

Qualifications:

1-2 years of RN experience required
CCM certification preferred but not required
Advanced skills in case management assessments and evaluations

Dress Code: Burgundy scrubs or business casual
