Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in Case Management! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to provide exceptional care in Portsmouth, NH. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while making a significant impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilization management
Care coordination
Discharge planning
Revenue integrity

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
Active Compact RN License at submission
Current NH RN License at time of submission
BLS certification required

Unit Information:

Number of Beds: 36
Staff: 2
Patient Ratios: 18 to 1
Type of Staff: Day Shift weekend rotation
EMR: Midas
