Seven Healthcare is seeking a Travel PCU RN for an assignment in Nashville, TN. This role offers three 12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours) with a weekly pay rate of $2,050.

Key Responsibilities of the PCU Travel Nurse

• Care for patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring, often with cardiac, respiratory, or complex medical needs.
• Monitor telemetry, hemodynamics, and patient stability throughout the shift.
• Administer medications, titrate drips as allowed, and perform clinical interventions safely.
• Respond promptly to changes in condition and escalate care when necessary.
• Coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, ongoing conditions, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with facility policies.
• Promote patient safety and deliver evidence-based nursing care.

Requirements for the PCU Role

• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PCU or Telemetry experience; ICU background is a plus.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
