Seven Healthcare is hiring a Travel Nurse – Oncology for an assignment in Nashville, TN. This Oncology RN travel position offers three 12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours) with a competitive weekly pay of $2,050.

Key Responsibilities of the Oncology Travel Nurse

• Provide high-quality care to oncology patients receiving chemotherapy, radiation, or complex treatments.
• Monitor patient symptoms, side effects, and responses to therapy, escalating concerns as needed.
• Administer oncology medications and supportive therapies safely, following facility protocols.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with oncology and facility standards.
• Ensure patient safety and deliver evidence-based oncology nursing care.

Requirements for the Travel Oncology RN Role

• Active Tennessee RN license or eligibility.
• Current BLS certification; oncology/chemotherapy certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of recent oncology nursing experience; inpatient or infusion experience is a plus.
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
