Pay: $2,400/week

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical (Medsurg) unit.
Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses based on established protocols.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform other nursing procedures as required.
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate medical records, including patient histories, nursing care plans, and medication administration records.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Requirements:
Active RN License (Kansas or Compact License)
BLS & ACLS Certifications (AHA preferred)
Minimum 2 years recent experience in MedSurg
