Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking a highly capable Cardiac Stepdown RN for a leading cardiac progressive‑care unit in Nashville, Tennessee. This day‑shift role is ideal for a telemetry‑skilled RN with strong cardiac assessment skills and experience caring for stepdown‑level patients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide intermediate‑level cardiac nursing care for post‑op and monitored patients
Perform rhythm interpretation and respond to arrhythmias
Manage cardiac drips, IV therapies, telemetry, and complex assessments
Collaborate with cardiologists, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
Float to compatible PCU/Tele units as needed

Schedule Details

3×12‑hour day shifts
36 hours/week
13‑week contract

Qualifications

Active RN license (TN or compact)
Minimum 1 year Cardiac Stepdown / Tele‑IMC experience
BLS & ACLS required
Strong cardiac monitoring & clinical‑assessment skills
