Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Neuro ICU Registered Nurse for a high‑acuity critical‑care environment in Nashville, Tennessee. This night‑shift role is perfect for an RN skilled in managing neuro‑trauma, stroke, seizure, and post‑operative neurosurgical patients in a fast‑paced ICU setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide critical‑care nursing to patients with acute neurological injury or instability
Perform advanced neuro assessments (GCS, pupil checks, motor/sensory trending)
Manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, and invasive monitoring
Respond to neurological changes, seizures, and emergent situations
Collaborate with neurosurgeons, intensivists, and allied teams
Maintain precise EMR documentation

Schedule Details

3×12‑hour night shifts
36 hours/week
13‑week contract

Qualifications

Active RN license (TN or compact)
Minimum 1 year Neuro ICU experience
BLS & ACLS required; NIHSS strongly preferred
Strong critical‑care and neuro‑assessment skills
