Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $2,450, based on three 12‑hour night shifts. This role is ideal for a PCU RN experienced in caring for intermediate‑acuity patients who require continuous cardiac monitoring and frequent assessments.

Key Responsibilities of the PCU RN

Provide exceptional care to monitored/step‑down patients
Interpret telemetry rhythms and respond to clinical changes
Administer medications, manage drips, and perform frequent assessments
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
Support patients and families through education and care planning
Uphold PCU safety protocols and infection‑control standards

Requirements of the PCU RN

Active Virginia RN license or compact eligibility
Current BLS & ACLS
Minimum 2 years of recent PCU or Step‑Down experience
