Job Title: RN – Home Health

Location: Lincolnton, NC

Pay: $2,160 weekly

Shifts: 5x8s Days

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Home Health for a travel assignment in Lincolnton, NC. This role requires working within a home health setting, visiting patients across several counties and providing essential care and management.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Home Health – Travel

Provide care for patients aged 18+ including wound care, catheter insertion, and IV infusions
Travel to patient homes across designated areas and manage daily schedules
Utilize EMR systems such as HCHB for charting and documentation
Coordinate with peers, leadership, and case management teams
Practice infection control and critical thinking skills effectively
Requirements of the RN – Home Health – Travel

Valid Driver's License and proof of Insurance
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 1-year Home Health experience
Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
Ability to drive at night
