Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking a strong CVOR RN for a respected cardiovascular surgery department in Dallas, Texas. This day‑shift role is ideal for an RN experienced in high‑acuity cardiac surgical cases who thrives in a collaborative OR environment.

Key Responsibilities

Circulate for open‑heart procedures and complex cardiovascular surgeries
Set up instrumentation, equipment, and sterile fields
Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and perfusion teams
Support pre‑operative prep and post‑operative transitions
Ensure compliance with CVOR protocols and patient‑safety standards
Accurately document intraoperative nursing care

Schedule Details

3×12‑hour day shifts
36 hours/week
13‑week assignment

Qualifications

Active RN license (TX or compact)
Minimum 1 year recent CVOR nursing experience
BLS & ACLS required
Strong critical‑thinking and cardiovascular OR skillset
