Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse for a high‑performance cardiovascular surgical program in Dallas, Texas. This day‑shift role is ideal for an RN with strong CVOR experience who excels in fast‑paced surgical environments and works confidently with cardiothoracic teams during complex open‑heart procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Circulate for cardiovascular surgical procedures including CABG, valve repair/replacement, thoracic cases, and vascular surgeries
Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields
Anticipate surgeon needs and support high‑acuity OR workflow
Collaborate with anesthesia, perfusion, and surgical teams
Ensure compliance with CVOR safety protocols
Document intraoperative care accurately in EMR

Schedule Details

4×12‑hour day shifts
48 hours/week
13‑week travel contract

Qualifications

Active RN license (TX or compact)
Minimum 1 year recent CVOR experience
BLS & ACLS required
Strong cardiovascular surgical skill set
