Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Labor & Delivery RN for a leading women’s health team in Richmond, Virginia. This day‑shift assignment is ideal for an RN experienced in labor support, maternal assessment, fetal monitoring, and delivery assistance in a supportive and fast‑paced L&D unit.

Key Responsibilities

Provide RN care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
Monitor fetal and maternal status and interpret fetal heart tracings
Assist with vaginal deliveries, OB emergencies, and neonatal stabilization
Support epidural analgesia and medication administration
Collaborate with OB/GYNs, midwives, anesthesia, and nursery teams
Maintain detailed clinical documentation

Schedule Details

3×12‑hour day shifts
36 hours/week
13‑week assignment

Qualifications

Active RN license (VA or compact)
Minimum 1 year recent L&D experience
BLS & NRP required; AWHONN preferred
