Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a travel opportunity for an RN – Electrophysiology (EP) in Charleston, SC. This assignment consists of 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week, totaling 40 hours, with a weekly pay of $3,040.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Electrophysiology:
Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures
Assist physicians during EP studies, cardiac ablations, pacemaker insertions, ICD placements, and other cardiac rhythm management procedures
Monitor cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic status, and patient responses throughout procedures
Administer medications, including conscious sedation, according to physician orders and facility protocols
Perform pre-procedure assessments and educate patients regarding procedures and recovery expectations
Operate and monitor advanced EP lab equipment while maintaining patient safety standards
Respond quickly to arrhythmias, procedural complications, and emergency situations as needed
Document patient care accurately and collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiovascular teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent RN Electrophysiology experience
Active South Carolina RN License or Compact RN License
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience assisting with cardiac ablations, EP studies, pacemaker placements, and ICD procedures preferred
Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms, electrophysiology procedures, and cardiovascular patient care
Excellent communication, critical-thinking, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced procedural environment
