Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a travel opportunity for an RN – Electrophysiology (EP) Lab in Winston-Salem, NC. This assignment consists of 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week, totaling 40 hours, with a weekly pay of $3,400.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Electrophysiology Lab:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures
Assist physicians during cardiac ablations, pacemaker insertions, ICD placements, and EP studies
Monitor cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic status, and patient responses throughout procedures
Administer medications, including conscious sedation, in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Prepare patients for procedures, including assessments, education, and informed consent verification
Operate and monitor specialized EP lab equipment and ensure a safe procedural environment
Respond rapidly to cardiac emergencies and procedural complications when necessary
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiovascular teams to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent RN Electrophysiology Lab experience
Active North Carolina RN License or Compact RN License
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience assisting with EP studies, cardiac ablations, pacemaker procedures, and ICD implants preferred
Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms, arrhythmia management, and cardiovascular procedures
Excellent communication, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment
