Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

Provide high-quality critical care nursing to adult patients in an ICU setting.

Monitor and assess hemodynamic status, ventilator settings, and lab results.

Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Educate patients and families on critical care procedures, interventions, and recovery plans.

Accurately document patient care, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with hospital standards.

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

Valid Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact license.

Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ICU or critical care.
