Pay: $2,900 per week

Seven Healthcare is pleased to present a travel nursing opportunity for a Registered Nurse specialising in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) in Alexandria, Louisiana. This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $2,900, working day shifts across five 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

Provide perioperative nursing care in the CVOR

Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and sterile supplies for cardiac procedures

Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures

Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety

Monitor patients before, during, and after cardiac surgeries

Accurately document perioperative care and patient outcomes

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

Valid Louisiana RN license or compact RN license

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Minimum of 2 years’ CVOR or cardiovascular surgical nursing experience
