Location: Suffolk, VA
Pay: $2,900 per week
Shifts: Days | 3x12s | 36 hours

Seven Healthcare is pleased to present a travel nursing opportunity for a Registered Nurse working in the Operating Room in Suffolk, Virginia. This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $2,900, working day shifts across three 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures

Prepare the OR, ensure sterile technique, and assist the surgical team

Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during surgery

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff

Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

Valid Virginia RN license or compact RN license

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Operating Room or perioperative nursing
