This assignment offers a competitive weekly pay of $3,800, based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will provide high‑level anatomical pathology support during 5x8s day shifts, totaling 40 hours per week, within a fast-paced and collaborative laboratory environment. This is an ASAP start travel contract.

Key Responsibilities of the Pathology Assistant
• Perform gross examination and dissection of surgical specimens
• Assist in autopsy procedures and specimen preparation
• Ensure accurate tissue sampling and documentation
• Maintain compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with pathologists, lab staff, and clinical teams
Requirements for a Pathology Assistant
• Certified Pathology Assistant (ASCP preferred)
• New York licensure or eligibility
• Prior pathology or laboratory experience required
