Seven Healthcare is seeking a motivated Cath Lab Technologist to join a reputable facility in Margate, Florida for a travel assignment.
This assignment offers a competitive weekly pay of $2,760, based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will support a busy cardiac catheterization lab on the day shift, working a 5x8s schedule (40 hours per week) with an ASAP start date. In this role, you will help deliver safe, efficient care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Technologist
• Assist physicians and the clinical team during diagnostic and interventional cath lab procedures
• Prepare the procedure room, equipment, and sterile field in accordance with facility protocols
• Operate and monitor cath lab imaging equipment and support hemodynamic monitoring as applicable
• Ensure patient safety through appropriate positioning, monitoring, and adherence to infection control standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of supplies, equipment usage, and procedural details
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality care
Requirements for a Cath Lab Technologist
• Relevant technologist credential/certification (RCIS preferred when applicable)
• Active Florida licensure/registration as required for the role
• Cath lab experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on facility requirements
