Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Rehabilitation RN to support a reputable facility in Salem, VA. This 13‑week travel contract offers a weekly pay package of $2,350, flexible shifts, and the chance to work directly with patients recovering from illness, injury, and post‑surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver patient‑centered rehab nursing care
Support patients in mobility, ADLs, and recovery plans
Collaborate with PT/OT and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

Active RN license
Minimum 1–2 years of Rehab RN experience
BLS required; ACLS preferred
