This night‑shift role provides a weekly blended rate of $2,088, based on two 12‑hour day shifts per week. Key Responsibilities of the Pediatrics OR RN

Provide perioperative nursing across pre‑op, intra‑op, and post‑op phases for pediatric patients
Circulate and/or scrub pediatric cases (e.g., general, ENT, ortho, urology, neuro per facility)
Maintain sterile technique, safety standards, and pediatric‑specific workflows
Anticipate surgeon and anesthesia needs; ensure pediatric equipment and supplies are ready
Monitor patient status and collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams
Document assessments, interventions, counts, and outcomes thoroughly
Support child‑ and family‑centered communication, advocacy, and education

Requirements of the Pediatrics OR RN

Active Georgia RN license (or compact eligibility)
Current BLS and PALS (ACLS preferred)
2+ years’ recent Pediatrics OR experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with pediatric instrumentation, positioning, and safety
