Key Responsibilities of the Audiologist:

Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations including hearing and balance assessments

Fit, adjust, and program hearing aids and other assistive hearing devices

Provide patient counseling on hearing health, communication strategies, and device use

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation of services provided

Collaborate with physicians, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals

Stay current with advancements in audiology techniques, technology, and best practices

Requirements:

Active Audiologist license in New York (or eligibility to obtain)

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program

Minimum of 1 year of clinical audiology experience preferred

Strong patient-care, communication, and organizational skills
