Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
Assess patients’ physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Monitor and document patient progress accurately
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and self-care techniques
Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in therapy
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of PT experience
Active Massachusetts PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
Current BLS certification
Excellent patient care, assessment, and communication skills
