Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

Assess, plan, and implement therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, and function

Design individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals for coordinated care

Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and recovery techniques

Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress reports

Requirements:

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist

Current BLS certification

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
