Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for patients with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions

Monitor and document patient progress

Provide patient education and guidance for at-home exercises

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care

Maintain compliance with all clinical and facility protocols

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist

Current BLS certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
