Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
Evaluate patients’ physical condition, mobility, and functional limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and overall function
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention
Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania
Minimum 1–2 years of recent physical therapy experience
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical and patient care skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
