Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania
Minimum 1–2 years of recent physical therapy experience
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical and patient care skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
