Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
Evaluate patients’ physical condition, mobility limitations, and functional goals
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and reduce pain
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation interventions
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in West Virginia
Minimum 1–2 years of recent physical therapy experience
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical and patient care skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
