Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a reputable rehabilitation program in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. This day‑shift assignment is ideal for a PT skilled in functional rehab, personalized treatment planning, and helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
Provide evidence‑based interventions for mobility, gait, strength, and functional capacity
Document all patient progress accurately in the EMR
Collaborate with PTAs, OT/SLP, nursing, and care teams
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and long‑term strategies

Schedule Details

40 hours/week

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania PT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
